Asbury Park, New Jersey September 4th to 8th 
Visiting JT, MommaJoan, Billy, Karl and Kevin in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Enjoyed the last of the summer days walking, riding bikes and soaking up the rays at the beach. We enjoyed Asbury's nightlife at bars, clubs and drag shows. We also had the honor to meet Bruce Springsteen at the Watermark bar! We were at the bar which overlooked the Stone Pony where the Black Crowes were playing that night. Bruce made his way to the Watermark. Kevin, Rebecca and I introduced ourselves and enjoyed a couple minutes with him which made Rebecca and Kevin's life; meeting Bruce where he got his start! He was exceedingly gracious and so down to earth! We even got a kiss!!!! During the week, we enjoyed wine and good food at JT's house. We would like to thank JT and MommaJoan for their hospitality and new friendship. |
